Essential Elements Security Services LLC (EESS) was inspired by a desire to protect those that want a personable and professional protection experience. Life is precious and protecting a life is perhaps the highest form of sacrifice. EESS prides itself on being a tactically sound outfit — one that uses proper planning and the appropriate tools for a given detail.
For EESS, the appropriate tools are not limited to physical weapons and gadgets but also the emotional and psychological competencies necessary to manage people and the potential for violence before it becomes unavoidable. Marrying sound social morals with military insights, EESS protects and serves in urban, rural, corporate/commercial and private spaces using armed and unarmed teams to ensure that the "essentials" are well protected. EESS provides personal and executive protection as well.
Along with its mission of protecting life, EESS also seeks to educate the communities in which it serves and to empower them using martial arts and tactical training.

About the Founder
The Architect
of EESS
The founder of Essential Elements Security Services and the architect of the EESS Martial Science Academy (MSA) is Kairi Suswell — a former educator and lifelong martial artist who has dedicated himself to the intentional journey of being the best protector and leader that he can become.
He has nearly 7,000 hours of study and application in a modest estimate — with well over 10,000 hours when unofficial training and lived experiences are calculated. Unarmed grappling, striking, and trapping are all in his wheelhouse. He is the first Black Belt of the One Pot System — a unique synthesis of striking, grappling and tactics designed over the last 20 years by founder and former security professional, Alston Henry.
Kairi's independent studies span Sambo, Muay Thai, Judo, and beyond. He has trained under and alongside United States Military Special Operators, and shares his passion by educating civilians and protectors alike.
